Is there any way I can shrink the display size in the forums to be closer to the size in the login-page?

I get very large displays when I go to the forums.

nevermind. My bad. Page caching issue.

Page caching?? Can you explain how you fixed this? Several of us are having a large text-size issue.

I would love to know how you fixed this....its been driving me bonkers since yesterday!!!

Ok, I am on IE7 as well.

It stores your settings for whatever pages you have. When it brings up that page again, it applies the old settings to it.

In the case of this site, the old text size reference translated to a bigger on on the new redesign.

What you need to do is look at the menu bar that has the little house next to it. About 3 or 4 icons to the left is a pulldown that says "PAGE". In that pulldown is a selection for text size. Pick one you like.

IE7 will save that setting, so the next time you open the window, it will apply that text size to it.

was the fix really that simple, or is there still a problem with the coding of the site???

LOL, IE7 must read the page differently than IE6, as I'm using 6 and it is all screwy. I tried the Text Size thing and it didn't make a difference. Sure, I could make the regular text smaller, but then it made the links at the very top of the page (PMs, FAQ, etc.) REALLY tiny, lol.

yeah its like that for me too....I went to another page and some of my pages look fine and others have the small font...its still kinda screwy!!! but I like this more than giant letters.

yes It's a case of IE miss-reading the Style sheet information for the forums.

I am working on it, would be so nice if they would just make IE standards compliant for once.

Seems to be fine for me now!
