Okay, As i'm the guy having to resolve technical issues.

Please USE this template, else I will basically ignore your issue request on grounds that i can't solve anything without proper info to know What's wrong.

1. type of issue + any error messages encountered (if a specific error code is given, POST IT)
2. Time of the issue.
3. Browser model (IE Firefox version)
4. your Internet service provider & modem speed (dialup, DSL, Cable etc)
5. what the hell you were doing when you encountered the error. Be as detailed as possible PLEASE. sometimes it takes a specific series of actions to come up with a error, and the more info given the better chance we can replicate it and hence find out why & solve it.

Here's a example of GOOD and BAD way's to request help.

BAD

"Why can't i log out"

GOOD.

1. Unable to log out, when i do I get "insert error message here"
2. 5:35 am EST
3. Firefox 2.1
4. Verizon DSL
5. I logged onto the site from my bookmark, like always, browsed around, posted a few things, then i hit the logout button.

As you can see Vast difference in the usable info.
Also, Please state (with a link) if you came into the site via a outside link, a bookmark and give the actual full URL you used to get here. as crazy as it sounds, the url you use to get onto a PHPBB board can cause MORE trouble then you'd think.
