well acording to the site my current sig's are to big whats the deal with the 300 pix limet i would really like to use the proper version of my sig.

The Sig rules are there for the benifit of everyone.

it was a abitrary number picked based on fact that images over 100x300 tend to jump in file size (not to mention break the design at lower resolutions). So if everyone had large images we'd all be scrolling all over not to mention the poor saps on dialup would never be able to load a thread at any decent speed.

I will discuss this with Dean, what's the full length of your sig in pixels and if it's just a couple extra pixels we might bump it to something like 310 width.

*note, Dean myself and Fool as the board Admin gods are exempt from the sig image rules (gotta be some benifit to all the work we do)

I talked to dean. he agrees with me and been decided that yes we will be nice and increase the max width. BUT only to 350. No discussion, this final decision.
