No.
Heal "replaces attacks" and that would replace your attack "action" so to speak.
Basically, a unit can do
1. move up to speed (6 unless stated otherwise) and make 1 attack (or replace attacks ability) 2. make a 1 attack (or use a replaces attacks ability) and then move up to speed 3. move up to double speed and make no attacks. 4. Not move at all and make all of its attacks including extra attacks
Mobile, Greater Mobile, Twin, etc all change up exactly how many attacks a character can make and if they can move both before and after attacking.
