Does 'name contains Emperor' include Emperor's Hand?

I guess I've never really considered whether partial spelling matches count or not.

My take is that it should contain the exact word, but I can't think of any other examples to reference at the moment...

If Coruscant Guards get Rapport from Vader's Secret Apprentice, then Fel's Rival will apply to Emperor's Hand.

I had a lengthy behind the scenes discussion on ARC way back in VSET 2. It's the exact arrangement of letters with no spacing , therefore Barc or arcona would have qualified if we did not include arc trooper. However, Radar Cronie would not work. Does Emperor's contain Emperor exactly as is, yes it does.
