I've attached a file that lists all of the V-set pieces and their recommended minis. I've also included some other columns, including my own personal rating about how suitable the recommended mini is. A "0" means the RM is an exact match. A "5" means the RM looks nothing like the V-set character. It's a measure of how much you need a custom for that particular character. Obviously, there's plenty of room to disagree with my ratings, but it's a starting place for you. This also works as a checklist, including a way to handle generic customs that can be used to stand in for multiple Vset characters.

Update: It includes all the V-set cards through set 24.

In case it might be useful, here's my own filled-in version of the spreadsheet. It shows how I manage the generics and multi-use customs to keep both an accurate count of how many custom minis I have as well as which Vset pieces I have a custom for without double-counting the physical minis.

I haven't gone through sets 23 and 24 very carefully yet, so many of those are N/D in the checklist so far.
