60 Damage is way too much. Is there any other ability that Replaces Attacks and can do 60 damage, without it being a Force Power? No. I would either make it a Force Power (with a cost of 5 FPs probably), or turn it into a Replaces Turn ability. |

I was reluctant to make it a force power because then it can be defensed, or not affect the Force Immune... How about if I make it more like a Force powered Fire Support Mission but within 6 squares... Rakghoul Corruption (Force 2, replaces turn: range 6; 60 damage to living target and every living character adjacent to the target; save 6. A successful save reduces the damage to 10. Whenever this ability defeats a character, you can immediately add a character named Rakghoul to your squad. The new character sets up in a square that character formerly occupied.) You would only be able to target an enemy, but if he's surrounded by your own fodder then they would turn as well... |

I think thats MUCH better. As for playability though, Replaces Turn abilities are always tough to pull off. So honestly, I would consider something more like (Force 4, Replaces Attacks, 40 damage, save 6 reduces to 10). |

I agree about the replaces turn to replaces attacks, but I think 4 force is too much for an ability with a save... how about this? Rakghoul Corruption (Force 3, replaces attacks: range 6; 60 damage to living target and every living character adjacent to the target; save 6. A successful save reduces the damage to 20. Whenever this ability defeats a character, you can immediately add a character named Rakghoul to your squad. The new character sets up in a square that character formerly occupied.) It's like a 3 Force point Flamethrower with a 25% chance to triple the damage... |
